We offer free Standard Delivery on all Australian orders via Australia Post.
For Express Delivery, it's complimentary on orders over AUD 100. For orders under AUD 100, Express is available for a flat AUD 15.

Yes — you can select in-store collection at checkout and pick up from either our Sydney or Melbourne showroom during opening hours.
We don't offer same-day shipping at this stage. If you need something urgently, we recommend selecting click & collect at checkout or calling us directly — we'll do our best to help.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come. If you would like to return your purchase, we’re pleased to offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- All returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags intact.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless found faulty.
Please note we don’t accept returns for our Made-to-measure service.

Returns for an exchange and store credits are complimentary. If you opt for a refund, a $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 2-4 business days for the funds to return to your account.
Due to the limited availability and the low stock nature of our offering, items might sell out quickly. If you would like to exchange your order for another size or something else, we recommend submitting your returns request and purchasing your item to assure it doesn’t sell out.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. All international orders are charged in USD and are inclusive of all duties and taxes. Please select your country at checkout to view the final price and cost.
We charge USD50 for orders below USD500 and offer free shipping for orders above USD500. The final price charged in checkout is inclusive of all taxes and duty and are sent as DDP.
No — all international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so any applicable taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout in USD. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable on returned orders.
