Shipping and Returns
All orders placed through our website will ship within 3-4 weeks. Some items can take longer in the unlikely event of fabric being sold out. We will advise you should there be any significant changes to the delivery timeframe.
We offer free ground shipping to all orders in Australia and a AUD75 Flat Rate for Anywhere in the World.
We use Australia Post for all Australian deliveries and DHL or FedEx for International Orders.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Each item is made-to-measure using your most updated measurements we have on file. Every order is carefully checked and measured in our studio before being sent to you. We don’t accept any returns for change of mind or change in body measurements.
Please make sure to contact us prior if you feel you’ve changed body measurements since your last order with us so we can best advise what to do.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or fitting issues. Should there be a fault or issues in the product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the garment and issue. We will then assess the situation and once approved, we will provide you with the option of either a remake or refund. Any refunds are entirely at our discretion.
