Minimalist and effortlessly elegant, Keeland and Mikaela got married in Sydney’s iconic Queen Victoria Building. For Keeland’s black tie wedding we decided to keep it timeless and clean, we designed a custom black tuxedo that complemented the sophisticated nature of Mikalela’s wedding dress. The result was better than we could’ve imagined.

What was the most memorable moment of the wedding day?
Personally, the most memorable moment was leaving the rings at home. I had to send my best man back in an uber to pick them up for me, thankfully he made it back in time for the ceremony with 10 minutes to spare!
To be completely honest, we didn’t trust some of our wedding guests to dress appropriately with an unclear dress code. We went with Black-tie as it was clear and would keep the gentlemen generally in dark suits. This was part of a bigger conversation that also aligned our venue, how we wanted our guests to present and most importantly how we wanted to feel on the day.
What was the best part of getting your custom wedding suit made and why?
I had many ideas for how I wanted my suit to look, from a classic black, suit and tie to some more flamboyant options, I actually shopped around quite a lot. After growing frustrated with the style and fit of many high end brands, I wasted weekends going shopping and not liking any of the options. I decided that I would just go get my suit made exactly as I wanted it.
