Making the perfect wedding suit requires having a trained eye, attention to detail and patience understanding each one of our clients body type, this is precisely why we spend a considerable amount of time measuring.

We are very proud of the extremely accurate and refined measurement process we developed over years, allowing us to create your own suit pattern resulting in a much more customised fit, with little to no adjustments needed.

During the design process, we’ll channel your creativity to perfectly customise the garments to suit your vision, whilst gently guiding you through the process. We have an in house stylist and fashion designer both extremely passionate about making the best looking suit to fit in the wedding style. 

fabric selection

We believe our job is to offer you a refined number of options depending on the season, location and colour palette of the wedding. As a rule, we only use fabrics made of 100% natural fibres, making our pieces more comfortable and breathable.

We work closely with the best fabric mills in the world such us Loro Piana, Cerutti, Dormeuil, Solbiati, and many more smaller boutique fabric makers.

I used Belance for my wedding suit and the experience was fantastic. The original fitting with Charles was excellent as it was collaborative and he really made the effort to get what I was looking for and help me try things out to see how that looked in reality. It really helped a lot to take the time to do that without being rushed as I have found is the case with other tailors I have used. The suit (a white linen jacket with a white shirt and black tailored trousers) arrived recently and I went to try it on with Oscar and Charles in Paddington. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of the materials and just how good the fit is. There were no tweaks required as the effort they put in at the front end allowed for a beautiful end product with minimal fuss. If you are considering getting something made up you can't go wrong with these guys in my opinion. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The best in the business. Charlie and Theo were outstanding to deal with, taking the time to go through the aspects of the tailoring procees and fabrics to help my groomsmen and myself reach our outfit designs (without any salesy nonsense) and made it a really enjoyable experience. The process was as quick or as lengthy as we wanted, fabrics selected from small batch, sustainable producers, options for more traditional styles or more edgy and fun (what we went for), and the results are simply amazing. Didn't think I'd be the sort of person to have a go to tailor, but I'll be getting any future suits and blazers made with these gents. Thanks again guys!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We understand that everybody is at different stages of planning their wedding. Whether you simply want to get inspired, view samples or browse fabrics, you’re welcome to visit us during opening hours Wednesday – Sunday. We recommend making an appointment, that way we can allocate time without any distractions.

Getting a custom suit with us is an effortless and enjoyable experience. Everything starts in our Paddington boutique, during this time, we will discuss different options and guide you throughout every step of the process, from choosing the right fabric, discussing design options and advising on the best fit.

While we suggest to plan ahead as early as possible, our suits take between 3-4 weeks depending on the fabric availability. For your wedding we recommend coming to discuss options at least 2 months in advance if possible.

The pricing will depend on the fabric selection. Starting at $1100 we offer different levels for $1250, $1450, $1650, $1850 and above. Each fabric has been carefully selected for their versatility, durability and comfort.

We have a great offer for groomsmen in wedding parties of 4 or above, a Made-to-Measure suit (valued at 1250) and a Made-to-Measure shirt (valued $249) all together for $950.

Depending on the fabric availability of your order, please allow 3-4 weeks for it to be made and shipped.

If you’ve ordered a Gift Card, your order will be shipped within 24 hours with Australia Post Express.

If you’ve ordered with us before and we have your measurements on file, simply place the order online. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order. There is no need to book an appointment.

If we haven’t taken your measurements, you can choose to order one of our sizes (when available) or book an appointment with one of our team to take your measurements. 

Each item is carefully made one at a time. Kindly note that we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind or fitting issues. If you’re unsure about the fit or have changed measurements since your last order, please contact us to discuss or book an appointment to have your measurements taken in-store.

We ship worldwide using Fedex or DHL and in Australia with Australia Post. Each order is first carefully checked in our Sydney studio before being sent. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
